2 egg whites

Mix together to create a smooth paste, the consistency of shampoo. Comb it through your hair and let sit for 10 - 15 minutes, and then wash out.

Today Julia has given us her Grandmother's Russian Recipe for glowing healthy looking skin – perfect for post party breakouts. To prep skin before the treatment, she advises you to steam your face over a bowl of hot water and chamomile tea bags for 5 minutes. Then mix together in a bowl:
2 tablespoon of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoon of finely ground oatmeal (use a blender to get this result)
Mix thoroughly until it creates a paste. Smooth over your face and neck in circular patterns. Leave on for fifteen minutes while placing the warm tea bags over your eyes to reduce puffiness. Finally rinse off with warm water.
